German Language School Cleveland

About:
The German Language School Cleveland teaches the German language and culture to children and adults in a cultural setting within a supportive classroom environment. The school proudly looks back on over 50 years of high-quality education.

Classes:
Children’s classes are being offered on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
Children from 4-6 years of age begin Kindergarten and progress through eight levels.
Adults are instructed on six levels.
Assessments, formal and informal, are a regular part of classes.

We offer National German High School Exams (AATG) as well as ZfA exams such as the IVA A1, A2 and the German Language Diploma
(Deutsches Sprachdiplom).

You can complete your/your child's registration online by using the registration link on our website.

Events:
Throughout the school year, students and friends of the German Language School enjoy participating in cultural events such as the St.Martin’s Parade, Christmas program, Karneval and the “Kinderfest”.


Summer Camp:
A week-long summer camp is also offered with a unique theme each year. Children will enjoy participating in sports, crafts, songs and games. No previous knowledge of German is necessary.
