Group History:
Some members of the Donauschwaben began golfing together informally in the 1980’s. As the years progressed Josef Holzer, Franz Awender, and Frank Schmidt decided that it would be a good idea to officially organize a Golf League. The League became a “member” of the DGACC in 1994.
Golf Information
The “home” course for the Golf League is the Brunswick Hills Golf Course. The league features eighteen twosomes with a list of about eight substitutes. Once every team has played all the others, a scramble-format tournament is held.
