Dear Donauschwaben Members and Friends,

Our club has reached its 50-year milestone! Many of our founding members are aging gracefully as the Information Age makes its presence felt. The Board of Directors has agreed to join other Donauschwaben clubs in establishing a website on the Internet. People want to know how to contact us and who to contact. Some want to know the basics about our club while others want to see and hear about special events and weekly activities. We can post pictures and streaming video of events like the Landestrachtenfest, the Kirchweihfest, national / international gatherings, Schwabenball, the Sommer Oktoberfest, and group outings. Some may want to read about senior excursions to New England or soccer results. Others may want to attend upcoming events and find out about availability and pricing. All of the above items can be included on this website and easily accessed via a internet connection. I encourage our members to make use of modern technology and I encourage site visitors to familiarize yourselves with our club and its organizations.
